EX 12:21-28 Passover Instructed to Israel / Passover Law
Scripture
Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said to them, “Draw out, and take lambs according to your families, and kill the Passover. 22 You shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two door posts with the blood that is in the basin. None of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning. 23 For YHWH will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel, and on the two door posts, YHWH will pass over the door, and will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to strike you. 24 You shall observe this thing for an ordinance to you and to your sons forever. 25 It shall happen when you have come to the land which YHWH will give you, as he has promised, that you shall keep this service. 26 It will happen, when your children ask you, ‘What do you mean by this service?’ 27 that you shall say, ‘It is the sacrifice of YHWH’s Passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he struck the Egyptians, and spared our houses.’ ” The people bowed their heads and worshiped. 28 The children of Israel went and did so; as YHWH had commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did.

Law
Draw out, and take lambs according to your families, and kill the Passover.
You shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two door posts with the blood that is in the basin.
None of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.
You shall observe this thing for an ordinance to you and to your sons forever.
It shall happen when you have come to the land which YHWH will give you, as he has promised, that you shall keep this service.
It will happen, when your children ask you, ‘What do you mean by this service?’ that you shall say, ‘It is the sacrifice of YHWH’s Passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he struck the Egyptians, and spared our houses.’
Judgement
The man who is clean, and is not on a journey, and fails to keep the Passover, that soul shall be cut off from his people. Because he didn’t offer the offering of YHWH in its appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.
Biblical Example
This is a biblical example of the Passover Law being followed.
So all the service of Yahweh was prepared the same day, to keep the Passover, and to offer burnt offerings on Yahweh’s altar, according to the commandment of King Josiah. 17 The children of Israel who were present kept the Passover at that time, and the feast of unleavened bread seven days. 18 There was no Passover like that kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet, nor did any of the kings of Israel keep such a Passover as Josiah kept with the priests, the Levites, and all Judah and Israel who were present, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

This biblical example is referring to the Passover that occurred in King Josiah's eighteenth year as King of Judah. King Josiah became King of Judah at eight years old; after the assassination of his father King Amos, a man who did evil in the eyes of YHWH.
Present Day Example
This is a present day example of the Passover Law being disobeyed.
In 2021, the Passover occurred on March 27th; an individual in The House of Israel that did not properly partake in the Passover disobeyed this law.
