Scripture
“ ‘When anyone offers an offering of a meal offering to YHWH, his offering shall be of fine flour. He shall pour oil on it, and put frankincense on it. 2 He shall bring it to Aaron’s sons, the priests. He shall take his handful of its fine flour, and of its oil, with all its frankincense, and the priest shall burn its memorial on the altar, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to YHWH. 3 That which is left of the meal offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’. It is a most holy part of the offerings of YHWH made by fire.

Directions
When anyone offers an offering of a meal offering to YHWH, his offering shall be of fine flour.
He shall pour oil on it, and put frankincense on it.
He shall bring it to Aaron’s sons, the priests.
He shall take his handful of its fine flour, and of its oil, with all its frankincense, and the priest shall burn its memorial on the altar, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to YHWH.
That which is left of the meal offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’. It is a most holy part of the offerings of YHWH made by fire.

Present Day Example
This is a present day example of the Grain Offering Law being followed.
A man bringing an offering of fine flour to YHWH at his Tabernacle for a grain offering. The man will pour oil on the fine flour and put frankincense on it. The man will also add salt onto the fine flour. The man will then bring the fine flour to the priest. The priest will take a handful of the man's offering of fine flour with its oil and with all its frankincense and the priest will burn it on the altar. The priest will then keep the remainder of the grain offering for himself and the other priest.
